Welcome to ROSE-S-E-E Braiding & Beauty Shop! Hello! I’m Rose, a passionate Haitian-American braider and trained loctician based in Pooler, Georgia. My journey with hair began as a young child growing up in Haiti, where I first learned the art of braiding. Over the past 15+ years as a professional stylist, I have dedicated myself to refining my craft, mastering new techniques, and continuing my education to bring you the highest quality service. Alongside running our full-service beauty supply store and 5-station braiding salon, I specialize in: * Loc Services: microlocs, traditional dreadlocks, and maintenance. * Versatile Braiding: A wide range of custom, protective braid styles tailored to your unique look. * Education: One-on-one and group braiding classes designed to teach techniques to aspiring stylists. * Natural Hair Care: Our signature line of homemade, all-natural hair growth products, including hair oils, grease, gels, mousses, and refreshing Rose Water Spray. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Why This Policy Exists: Late cancellations directly impact our schedule and prevent other clients on our waiting list from booking that time. Satisfaction & No-Refund Policy: All Sales Final: We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy on all completed services and sales. In-Salon Satisfaction Guarantee: Our studio is equipped with ample lighting and mirrors. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your style throughout the appointment and prior to leaving. If you would like any adjustments made to your hair, please let us know during your appointment or before you step out, and we will happily modify it for you at no additional charge. Post-Service Adjustments: While we do not issue refunds once a service is completed, we stand by our work and will offer complimentary repairs for valid concerns reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
